RONDO FOR PASSING OPTIONS

Many players receive the ball facing pressure with limited passing options available.

This rondo is designed to train players to create clearer passing lanes for the man in possession, through better positioning, body shape, and timing of movement.

By dividing the space and restricting movement along the outside lines, the exercise forces players to think ahead, open their body to the field, and offer support that genuinely helps play progress.

Repeated regularly, it encourages quicker decisions, cleaner circulation, and more purposeful use of possession under pressure.

Suitable for a wide range of age groups and easily adapted by adjusting space, numbers, or touch limits.
